"Very happy! Back story….Our house (we are/were this first owners but it was not built for us) was sided with fiber cement. It falling apart after 17 years. Chipped corners, nails backing out, etc. Not to mention the builder had cut corners. We chose to replace it with premium insulated vinyl siding but it was found that the house had not sheathed with proper OSB sheathing (it was more like a 3-4mm thick, dense cardboard) in order vinyl siding to be put up. Also, we found out the windows had not sealed/flashed at all and this caused water damage to some of the lower floor studs underneath the windows all which needed to replaced. This was an extensive process (and $$$). Needless to say all was corrected and siding went up and looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend!"

We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "This company is a hidden Jim. I was seeking a company to correct problems. I was having with him squeaking and popping in my floor upstairs. The owner came and quickly diagnose the problem. He explained what it would take to fix it and gave me a quote. He came in and performed the job much more quickly than anticipated. He didn?t have me calm and test the floor repair. I literally jump across various places on the floor to try to hear the cracking squeaking sounds but they were all gone. The owner was able to pull back the carpet in three rooms, address the areas where the builder missed the floor choice and screwing down the flooring. They were able to face the carpet right back. They even did some extra areas that had a little bit of disconnect and or weakness. It was a tremendous job done and a very professional matter and for very reasonable price. I will definitely be using this company services again as They are very professional, capable and efficient."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.
