659 This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. I had two individuals come out to give me an estimate for work and to send someone out the next day. The young man came out the next day - explained why one of the items was unable to be completed as it was described...
HEP IncRepaired framing members damaged by rot, replaced the ceiling in my dining room, demo my master bathroom, replaced a ceiling fan and mounting box. Hired multiple times and will again!
Repairs were made promptly and to expectations. Very easy to work with owner and son.
Happy Home RepairsDidn't go well at all. Unfortunately, we didn't know that he left us with a leak which turned into a nightmare as we were not occupying the residence full-time. When the leak was finally discovered, it cost my insurance company over $9,0000 in repairs to my kitchen, dining room and hallway...
The price he quoted for "needed repairs" seemed quite high. It works much better since he performed the repair.

"Fast, professional service and a very fair price! Called at 8am, arrived at 930 and the job was done before noon! Had a bad water hammer and water pressure issues. Diagnosed with a bad Pressure relief valve. It was replaced and the water hammer sound is gone and I have even better water pressure than before! Will definitely call again for any other plumbing needs!"

The table is stunning, so I rearranged my furniture to make it a centerpiece in my sitting area, and I use it daily as my desk working from home. It is truly a piece of functional art.
