Fixed correctly

Repairman came once to diagnose and then returned when the replacement part arrived. Fixed the problem quickly, showed me what caused the problem, and the bill was reasonable.

out was from double sink to singlejobs were completed in timely fashion....cleaned up well...knowledgeable service man...sink change out was from double bowl to single bowl same over all size

Jack (tech) was very good.  He did the work promptly and efficiently.  He was professional in his work and appearance.

Was very polite and professional. Solved problem with dryer. Had to order part for dishwasher.

The electrician arrived on time and got to work immediately. He installed the lighting and fans and worked with me on the placement of the lighting. He communicated with me on types of bulbs for the lights and lighting features. He also cleaned up after his work and was courteous and professional at all times. I have additional work to do to update more lighting in the future and will call on Langford again. Great job!

Finding that difficult to believe, I took the microwave to another appliance company who discovered that the mother board was not the problem to begin with but rather, a lose wire. That saved me around $300-400 bucks!

Did not hire

I took in my microwave in for repair. I was told the and quot;mother boardand quot; was fried and the unit would need a new one. However, Langford was unable to order the correct board by their own admission. I mean, really? To make matters worse, they came back to me saying that I had to order the correct mother board. I mean, really?
Needless to say, small appliance repair is not my current occupation. I suppose I could go to the trouble to research and talk with the company and order the correct part. But really, I'm certain I would not know how to install the part and would have to carry it back to Langfords so that they might finish the repair.
I mean, really? Customer service is an endangered species.

Called on Monday and set up service for Friday at 3:30. Had to take a 1/2 day vacation to meet the plumber. No one showed up at 3:30, so we called at 3:45 and the office said the plumber must be running behind on the job before us and he would call before he came because we were on the schedule. We waited till 7:00 and no one ever showed up or even called.

Prompt, reliable and professional service, as always. We have relied on Langford for over 20 years for plumbing, electrical, AC and appliance installation and repair, and have never been disappointed. Customer service and quality of work is outstanding.

They came out on time and got right on the job. They fixed a leak, and found another leak that wasn't known. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called them on Monday, 04/30/12, based on reviews from Angie's and they were out the next day as scheduled on time. I got a phone call shortly before the appointment to confirm that I was home and the technician was at my house on time. He assessed the problem and had it fixed within one hour with an explanation of how my system worked and what he was doing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
