"Very seldom do the results from a contractor exceed expectations, but Shawn's performance in renovating this house exceeded mine. The highest contractor estimate was 50% higher than Shawn's and the other estimate was 22% higher. And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate. The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring. From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. His experience makes him an excellent advisor on material selection and he is very competent in scheduling and managing materials, subcontractors, and his own employees. I will definitely use Shawn's services as a general contractor again."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed. Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the final results and his professionalism. I would recommend Stefaniak Construction 10/10."

Very pleased with his work and we will be calling him back to do work in our living/dining room later on in the year. "We got several bids and these guys were the lowest. We didn't have a lot to spend and we needed to save as much as possible. Afer I already told them to order the metal I began to worry about hiring them. I started thinking maybe I shouldn't go with the cheapest price here because the work would be sub standard. I was wrong they did a great job and the price was better than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them. We had a small issue with something I didn't understand they worked with me and made me happy. They didn't make me feel stupid for not understanding everything and I couldn't be happier with how my house looks."
