Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!

As before, the technicians called before to confirm their arrival time. They were professional and polite while reviewing exactly what needed to be cleaned. They were extremely careful about routing their hoses and protecting furnishings, etc. and did a fantastic job. Using them on a regular basis has extended the life of our carpet significantly.

It went really well. They got back with me quickly, set an appointment to review the work and provided an estimate on the spot. We agreed to a work date and they provided plenty of communication on what was required of me and how the work would go prior to the appointment. On appointment date, they called prior to their arrival and showed up exactly when they said they would and the guys couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The final product looks amazing... better than I would have imagined. Thank you!

As always, the owner and the onsite service providers were fantastic. They always give you a reminder for the appointment and always follow up right away to be sure everything went smoothly. I also really like that they keep the same staff and I have had the same person clean my carpets many times. They courteously wear a mask and also shoe coverings. Very carefully, spot treat stains and double check that the tough spots are super clean. In and out quickly. Best service ever and for a very reasonable price! Nice folks too. I highly recommend!

Cory and Bobby were friendly and informative about the process. The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. Thanks guys!
