"They wanted to do both services in one day. The wood should be completely dry before painting. I had the same service completed last year and there was at least two days scheduled between the cleaning and painting. When I questioned why they were cutting corners this year the owner suggested I seek service elsewhere. I did just that!!!!!!"

"Scott was very prompt and professional. He was able to clean a rug that a different company missed and refused to refund me for. Scott’s customer service was 5 star and he worked us into his schedule quickly. The solution he used also smelled much better than the previous company. I highly recommend Wade’s carpet and textile cleaning services"

"Outdoor ProWash did a great job cleaning the brick on our house. We would recommend their work to anyone. We could not be more pleased. They were thorough, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. We plan to use them again with cleaning our driveway and patio."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The front load washer has a rubber gasket inside the door that prevents water from leaking out as the machine operates. The gasket does its job so well that it doesn’t allow evaporation from inside the drum, which can lead to the formation of odors related to dampness. The top loader doesn’t need a rubber gasket because of the position of its lid, so evaporation occurs easier.

Both bleach and vinegar are effective for cleaning a washing machine, but they serve different purposes. Bleach is best for disinfecting and killing mold, while vinegar's superpowers address light odors and residue.

If you’re unsatisfied with the cleaning, address your concerns directly and promptly with your housekeeper or the company. Many professionals offer satisfaction guarantees or will return to address missed areas at no extra charge. Document specific issues and clarify your expectations for future visits to ensure better results and avoid ongoing frustration.

Yes. Every toaster is bound to accumulate a build-up of crumbs and food particles. If left unattended, these can turn into a fire hazard.

Yes. While you can clean every room in your home with vinegar and baking soda, you should not use them on marble floors. Vinegar is too acidic, and baking soda is too alkaline; both of them can lead to etching on your marble. A pH-neutral cleaner is your best bet to clean marble floors.
