"They wanted to do both services in one day. The wood should be completely dry before painting. I had the same service completed last year and there was at least two days scheduled between the cleaning and painting. "Phew! We don't have mold. The technicians came out to assess what we thought was a potential mold problem. Luckily with the help of their testing our windows, sills, bathrooms, crawlspace no serious issue was found. Turns out condensation buildup and "mold" is sort of normal for an older house with single pane windows. Glad we know that know. Would definitely call Breathe Easy again and recommend to friends/family."
