She was able to provide a quick estimate using facetime which I appreciated. Ophelia and Sylvia spent nearly 4 hrs on the deep clean. They were so outstanding that I signed up for biweekly cleanings. The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future.
