i hired this apartment deep cleaning service and was thoroughly impressed. the team showed up on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. they were friendly, professional, and efficient—no wasted time, no attitude. they asked a few quick questions up front, confirmed priorities, and got right to it. the cleaning itself was excellent. they hit every area i’d mentioned—kitchen grease, bathroom buildup, dusty baseboards—and went beyond, cleaning places i wouldn’t have thought to check (like behind the fridge and inside light switch covers). they moved furniture where needed and didn’t just wipe around things. everything felt actually clean. they were also very respectful of my stuff—careful with fragile items and always asked if they weren’t sure about something. no chemical smells, just a clean, neutral scent after they finished. the whole crew worked efficiently and clearly had a system. each person focused on a zone and handled it thoroughly. by the end, the place looked and felt brand new. this wasn’t a cheap service, but it was worth every dollar. if you need a serious reset for your apartment, this team delivers. i’d hire them again without hesitation.

Professional owner but there were inexperienced cleaners who were being trained. There were several missed things that were not noticed until the day after. In addition, they finished an hour earlier but we still paid the same cost.

Wonderful! Mara and her team are spot-on professionals. They arrive on time, communicate well, leave the house sparkling, and can accommodate all sorts of one-off projects (deep clean of the freezer, clean out and reorganize the pantry, clean out and reorganize cabinets, recycling and trash management). I highly recommend Mara and her team - you won't regret it and you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. :)

The housekeepers do an awesome job. They clean anything you need and well! I recommend highly.

Mara and her team are excellent! We recently moved and I was in need of a 1-time deep cleaning and then biweekly cleaning. She was able to provide a quick estimate using facetime which I appreciated. Ophelia and Sylvia spent nearly 4 hrs on the deep clean. They were so outstanding that I signed up for biweekly cleanings. The ladies, a mother and daughter team, are so kind and hardworking. I've already recommended them to several of my friends. Everyone has been extremely impressed. Thank you!
