The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
