They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. The way it is won?t catch all of the water. 2 : I am expecting that the edges of the extension should be filled with dirt nearly to the top of block work to cover the cement around the blocks. Allow for some settling. Contacted him to fix. NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed about that. I?m 71 and I?ll have to drag bags of dirt to fix it."
