Kelley and his crew did a phenomenal job on all parts of the project. They communicated well, always showed up on time, did good work, and had incredible patience with me as things changed as we went along. Covid interfered with the plans, as the job started in early 2020. But in spite of the quarantines, the mask wearing, the distance requirements, they cheerfully kept the project going when we and they could. They are always cheerful, professional, and answer all of my questions. We have hired Woodruff Construction many times over the past 10 years, and they have never disappointed us. I highly recommend them.

Contractor is missing in action and took the money. The work that he did do is sub par and will have to be redone. Do yourself a favor and run

My project required a variety of trade skills. All of the teams that worked on my house were skilled, professional and easy to work with. They all arrived as scheduled and communicated well with me. The coordination of the teams was excellent with little or no downtime between one group finishing and the next group starting. Deana and Kelley were easy to work with and extremely responsive. I'm glad I found them.

Woodruff Construction recently completed a major project for us – finished out a rec room, added a bath, re-surfaced 2 decks, and put on a new roof. We are delighted with the work they did and the price was reasonable. We really enjoyed working with Kelley, Deana, JR, and the whole Woodruff crew. Everyone on Kelly’s crew was very professional in their trade. They showed up on time everyday and worked weekends when necessary. The estimated time to complete our renovations was four months; all were completed on time and within budget. Doesn’t get any better than that.

We went through many different plans to try to come up with something that was appropriate for the structure of the house and reasonably priced. They were very helpful at looking at different options and responsive to different considerations.When the work began they were very professional and did an excellent job

Kelley and Deana were exceptionally professional, reliable, courteous; simply stated a joy to work with. I needed a deck re-construction and re-screening on a raised enclosed deck. First of all, Kelley made some excellent suggestions that I immediately agreed with, reducing the total cost of the project; but even still the Woodruff job quote came in significantly lower than 4 other area bids. The crew of two men, led by Matt were punctual, extremely well mannered, professional, considerate that I was a night shift worker and a day sleeper, and communicated with me every evening before they were due to show up so I could arrange to sleep in another bedroom. The project was started and completed well before I had anticipated and looks great. I need other repairs on my house before i list it for sale and I will definitely be contacting Kelley and Deana again.

Our first experience with Woodruff involved replacing some porch columns; I had some issues with their initial work, but an email to the owner was responded to promptly and they resolved the issues. That experience led me to reach out again, and I wasn't disappointed. The estimate on the front gutters was competitive, and they took the time up front to evaluate the existing drainage and redesign a portion that is installed and has proven to be more effective and better looking. There were periods with both repairs where I didn't hear from them and wasn't sure of timing, but they responded quickly when I emailed for information. I would hire them again.

Very impressed with the care and quick response from this very busy contractor on what was a very small job - but important to us. We had a limited amount of time, and needed a small hole patched and repaired after relocating a dining room light. Their drywall guys showed up before the installation of the new light was even complete, and did the job quickly and professionally. He returned the next day to sand and prep for painting, and left no mess at all. The painter arrived later the same day, and was out within 20 minutes. Perfect job, you cannot tell where the repair was made. I would recommend them for any job, big or small. In fact, we have already hired them for more work, and will be looking to them for a new sunroom next year.

Perfectly! We have used Woodruff Construction for many projects during the total renovation of our home. They are incredibly punctual and always leave the area tidy at the end of the day. This project was for a full glass back door. The previous back door never had a good seal, which created a lot of air coming in around the edges. Kelly Woodruff made sure the new door has a great seal! It will be wonderful to no longer have a "breeze" of cold air coming into our kitchen this winter! We highly recommend this company for any home improvement project. We have used them for large and small andnyou won't be disappointed!

We have used Woodruff Construction for 10+ years on 2 different houses. They are currently working on a Master Bath and Kitchen project in our current house. They are always on time, clean up after themselves on a daily basis and to ensure everything is up to current building codes he pulls permits. They have a knack for thinking outside the box to make existing changes for our old house that allows us to use more modern products that looks like it the changes have been there from when the house was built. We have one more project to complete our house and we will be using Woodruff Construction for this also.

Kelley and Deana Woodruff are the BEST in the business! Our "Florida Room" addition with an indoor pool was brought from an idea in my head to reality, thanks to their vision and ability to see what I envisioned and made it happen. They were INCREDIBLE...Thorough, efficient and caring throughout the entire project. They coordinated EVERYTHING so each contractor and subcontractor was there when they needed to be there and no one was sitting around wondering what to do. Kelley had no problem working with our chosen contractors and kept everyone in the loop as the project progressed. Kelley and Deana are extremely easy to work with and when a question came up, they immediately responded and got it done for us. We cannot praise this company enough...everything went smoothly because of their incredible ability to know what needed to be done and when it needed to be done...thoroughly organized in every way and if anything came up, it was solved with Kelley's ingenious way of going out of the box. Woodruff is our "GO TO" company for any construction needs we will have in the future. We already have ideas we want to run by them next! I bought a rental property with an illegal railing on the deck along with a few other issues. Woodruff went out in a few days and sent a bid. It is hard enough to add a professional railing to a deck that is already made but in this case I challenge anyone to tell that the railing is an add-on. The railing is to code and in my wife words, Beautiful. All of this was done without supervision since I had to unexpectedly spend a week in the hospital. What more can you ask for good work, a fair price and a copmany that will work with you when unexpected circumstances arise.

This company was such a pleasure to work with. They came out , took measurements , gave suggestions and with in a few days we receive a detailed assessment ,list of materials needed, and a very reasonable quote. Work was finish in-promised time. All employees were courteous, and willing to walk us through each day . They put in full work days. Work was completed on time. We now have a beautiful bathroom ! We would defiantly use this company again!
