Great! The crew, Dylan, Russel, and Josh (think I got the names right) were right on time, worked hard, were polite, cheerful, and very careful with our belongings. They worked until dark on arrival day and then showed up early the next morning to finish. Even though there was a lot of mud and unfinished landscaping to work around, they did a great job of avoiding tracking dirt into the house. Really a top notch effort. This is the fourth time we have used Guffon and every experience has been trouble-free. The price was surprisingly low considering the quality of service. They use all their own trucks and workers, no subcontractors, and are very conscious of maintaining a good reputation. I can recommend without hesitation.

Every aspect of the move was excellent. The driver and one helper were with us from the start to finish. They had three or four others to help load.

In many ways they're fine. What we found was that the movers themselves were having such a good time, it was a short move, we only moved about 20 miles.  When we got here and eventually unpacked and opened up stuff, we found that there were like dings on furniture that probably shouldn't have been there. There was the one piece of glass that I asked them to move, they did pack it up, but when it got here, it's nothing fancy, it's just a sheet of tempered glass that goes on top of a buffet to protect the surface of the buffet, have not quite cracks that weren't there before. They were very good about disassembling my desk. The guy that did that was very conscientious and knew what he was doing to getting it done for me right, which I appreciated. They were very focused on the time frame of getting it done. They need to have a little less fun time and keeping focused on the moving part. The price we felt was quite reasonable.

My mother got some stuff as well from my in-laws house. They moved to Batesville, Indiana. And they're very professional and they are very good. 

Everyone there just worked and acted in a very professional manner. They were very careful with the furniture. They took steps to make sure nothing would be damaged. They were very quick when they were moving, they weren't dragging their feet. It was just like I said professionalism and that's what you look for in a moving company. That they don't drag their feet, they don't cut corners. That they care about what they are doing. I can imagine how it would be difficult for many companies to find people working as movers that would actually care about their job. So they must treat their people pretty well. 

If I ever have to make a move, they will be the ones.

Movers arrived on time, moved furniture and pre-packed boxes for a 3 mile travel. Had one dent to a wall corner during the move and light damage to trim on a dresser; insurance within the purchase agreement covered the repair cost. Movers gave helpful suggestions when queen box frames would not fit up stairwell.

Gouffon packed us on one day. Loaded onto two trucks and unloaded at new location next day. Six man crew both days. Dressed in uniforms, friendly, polite, respected our furnishings, asked questions as needed. Showed up on time both days. Completed job on time each day. Loading - drive- unload completed in 8.5 hrs. Help setup beds, dresser mirrors and move furniture around as directed by our decorator after a long day. All interactions with Gouffon before move and two days of move completely to our satisfaction and exceeded expectations. Key was having enough crew for job so they were not exhausted at end of day. I spoke with crew members - all were full time employees. No hesitation to recommend Gouffon !

Great! They took care to protect my furniture. They were courteous.

They were fine. There were no problems. I'd give them a B because of the price. They didn't overcharge. It was not a bargain but they were good. I didn't have any problems with their responsiveness. I've already used them twice.
