"This is the second time I have used Sean. He is very good and great to work with. He's on time and communicates fully on the steps of the project along the way. The end results have been exactly what I had envisioned. He showed up for the estimate and we agreed on a price. We set a scheduled project start and finish date. He and his helper, Chris (also an really nice hardworking guy), showed up and got to work. The project did go over by a few hours more needed on one more day but it was understandable and more than acceptable to us. They worked very, very hard. They in stalled a stone patio and had to remove what grass and plants were there. This part of the yard is locked in by a retaining wall, a fence, the house and a screen porch. All materials in and out had to be hand carried or in a small wheelbarrow that would fit through our screen porch doors. It was very labor intensive. The stones had to come from the truck in the street, up a hill and through our porch to the patio site. They removed and moved plants to create a flower bed on the other side of the yard and bordered it with the old stones that they removed from the other side of the yard (more stone lifting and moving by hand!)"
