This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with someone I have ever hired to do work for me. The gentleman who owns this business gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job for us. In April 2019, my concrete driveway and 168 ft of sidewalk were 14 yrs old with cracks and salt corrosion that was a cancer to the concrete. After talking with another company, whose representative showed up in a shiny new pickup truck, dressed like he only got out of the office to give his exorbitant quotes, I followed my wife s advice and checked through HomeAdvisor.com. I contacted 4 other contractors and left messages. Within 15 min, I received a call from Chris Fox, from Mile High Concrete Coatings (who was on vacation!). He was the first to respond and the only response I received that day. We made an appointment for an estimate that turned out to be significantly better than the first. When he showed up, he was in his work truck and I knew I was talking directly to the guy that did the work. Chris told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, he listened to what I wanted done but also made suggestions that were cost effective. We agreed on a start date. When Chris and Charlie started their work, they started early and worked late, grinding and cleaning the old concrete, so they could patch and repair the damaged areas. After a second grind, they were interrupted by one of our snow days and we agreed to give it the weekend to dry out. Sunday afternoon they stopped by and pressure cleaned the concrete, so it would be dry by Monday morning. The next morning, they were there early, sprayed a bonding agent across the concrete and spread their overlay product (Miracoat MPC). After it dried, they sprayed a sealer (Miracoat HDWB) over the concrete and finished the work by caulking all the joints with a *self-leveling sealant*. The effort to do the job, and to do it right, was like they were working on their own grandparent s house. At one point, I saw Chris *hand rubbing* concrete into a repair spot to make sure it bonded at another, I saw Charlie *hand rubbing* the overlay along the side area of the sidewalk. They were meticulous! I couldn t be happier and I made an appointment to come back in the future, to do the garage floor.

They are excellent at what they do, show up on time when scheduled and are very honest and straight forward. Chris and Charlie from Mile High Concrete were absolutely AMAZING! They were on time every day and worked hard all day, each day. They were polite and professional and did everything that was discussed in the bid. They cleaned each day as they went, leaving the job site cleaner than they found it. I have never found contractors that work like this. I would love to clone them! And yes, the quality of their work was top notch as well.
