Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. It had been showing increasing rot over time, and John walked us through two cost parameters: one for replacing flat surfaces and the other for a total rebuild. In the end, we decided to go for the total rebuild.
