It had been showing increasing rot over time, and John walked us through two cost parameters: one for replacing flat surfaces and the other for a total rebuild. In the end, we decided to go for the total rebuild. Not only did John’s team complete the majority of the work in 3 to 4 weeks, but also John personally came back and went over punchlist items with me that he completed and sent follow-up pictures for.
