"Greg came on schedule and discussed the project with us. He suggested LED pancake lights and dimmer. We originally planned to put in lights on either side of the room. He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work. Brennan came promptly and even texted me when he was close by so I could put the dog in another room. He completed the work very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was just awesome really. Everything is wonderful!!! I have found my electrician from now on!!!"

"It went great! Kevin and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. From the initial call, to the complete walkthrough free estimate, to the cleaning, Kevin kept us informed throughout the entire process. I asked for a thorough inspection and cleaning, and that is exactly what we got. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our complete HVAC system, including all supply lines, registers, and returns. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They sent me videos of their work as they were working throughout the house, and I was shocked to see mold growing in the attic unit. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it! I highly recommend them and look forward to referring them to others and using them in the future."

"I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience. Immediately after our conversation he emailed me a very detailed quite and his company insurance documentation. My appointment was made., and he texted me the names of the technicians. He didn’t try to upsell us with a 5 ton AC coil and TXV like that other company we have been using. Instead he informed us that what he was replacing was a 3 ton unit and replacing the coil with the same capacity would be adequate. That saved us at least $1,000! Will we be calling him for our future HVAC maintenance and repairs? Yes!"
