He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. This is exactly what the other companies explained to me when I was price shopping. Kevin does 200% more work then that. He actually cleaned out our heat unit itself. He is a bit more expensive, but he really earns it. You get what you pay for. I am so glad we splurged for this work, as it isn't something that you do every year, so you want as thorough a job as you can get, and Kevin provides just that. Would you rather have a carpet cleaning company who also does vent cleaning, or a specialist who just does this?"

"I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience.
