One of the best heating and air experiences I've had in my lifetime. The owner is honest and cares about his clients. During the frigid January weather, my mother and I lost heat in cold, freezing weather. Our regular service provider left us a week without any resolution on fixing the unit. Through our insurance agency, they recommend this company. From the first day of meeting the owner, I felt he understood my problem and was committed to fixing it. After installing my new unit, I had the best night's sleep in this two-week ordeal. I appreciate them and the workers who made that night possible. Excellent. Jim is a God send. My unit is old. I first called him to repair a snipped wire and I have used him 3 times since. Next, the fan belt broke and the motor needed to be replaced. He came out immediately and repaired it in no time! He also thoroughly cleaned my unit. Work was done right and professionally. If not, he will make it right, no extra charge. Next I called Memorial Day weekend when unit quit again. He was out of town on Saturday and as soon as he came back into on Sunday he was at my house by 10am. I was not expecting him to come till my next day off on Wednesday. I was so surprised! In less than 30 minutes he had a bad condensor part repaired. His pricing is fair and honest. He is a great guy! If I could, I would give 10 stars! Don't call anyone else!
