I'd had two other companies come to look at low pressure at the far end of the house from the HVAC unit. I was prepared to write a check for an additional unit. John came out and immediately diagnosed the issue as not enough return pressure. He shortened the main trunk and rerouted a few vents. Problem solved. He easily could have had me buy an addl unit but did the right thing. He showed up on time, did what he said he'd do, and at a reasonable price. That service and integrity is hard to come by these days.
