We ordered Shaw flooring and were unable to install it immediately, so we stored it in our house until installation. The flooring was in a climate controlled environment the entire time. At the the time of install, the planks were warped and could not be installed. Frazier's refused an exchange for the faulty material.

We were very pleased in our experience with Frazier's Carpeting. Our sales rep., Chastin, was helpful and patient with us as we went through the shopping process. Chastin was interested in making sure that we got what we wanted. Our installer, Roger, was the best. He takes great pride in his work and did a great job. Very happy with the process and result.

Lots of type of flooring and professionally installed. One day to remove carpet and pad and bring in the hardwood flooring. Then we had to let the flooring acclimate for a week and then when they came to install it, took another 3.5 days.

I enjoyed working with Sherrie. She knows the product and process and happily worked within my budget constraints. I found just what I was looking for, a good-looking but tough commercial weave that doesn't run if snagged (the feature is called Zip Guard, and I have a cat). Installing commercial carpet on stairs is not easy, but the install team, Christian and Dick, had the experience and skill to do it right. Everyone at Frazier's was helpful and on the ball. I really do like their style. :)

Start to finish they did great. Price was right and service met expectations. Due to illness, the installation took an extra day but still finished earlier than quoted. Very pleased.

I know Frazier?s. I have used them in the past and they have always done good work. They have put carpet in my previous house and they have put carpet in this house that we have only been in for six months. It included their best grade pad underneath the carpet and one of their best grade carpets. You can trust them. They do good work and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Their price seemed reasonable considering I was getting their best quality pad and carpet.

Initial quote stated two days for installing the carpet. They did it in one day. Foyer and hallway flooring was previously done in one day. Both Roger Ferris, who installed the foyer and hallway flooring and Dick and Christopher who installed the carpet and are independent contractors for Frazier performed all the work in a very professional manner. Their installation performance was excellent bar none. Jon Cox, sales representative was very patient, and helpful, in the selection process of the various materials and color schemes that we selected. The final result exceeded our expectations.

Sherrie came to my house on 1/13/2015 to give me an estimate on having vinyl flooring put in my workroom. She was exactly on time, very pleasant, and obviously knew what she was doing. Her estimate was in the range I was looking to pay so I asked her to schedule the work, she made a call and asked me if Monday 1/19/2015 was OK, I said set it up. Her vinyl guy (I believe his name was Roger, if not please forgive my terrible memory!) Showed up exactly on time and went to work. Less than four hours later my workroom floor looked great! He gave me some vinyl cleaner, gave me advice on how to maintain it and told me to call them if any issues came up. I could not be happier with this company!

Working with Fraziers was an outstanding experience in every aspect. The courtesy and attention I recieved while selecting material with Jeff made me very comfortable.
The crew that installed the flooring and backsplash were polite, neat and punctual. They answered any questions that I had during the process and completed the work within the 3 day timeframe that was committed.
When they were done they reviewed the work with me; making sure that I was satisfied.
They let me know if I had any concerns that I could contact Fraziers and in fact I did have a small additional request that they came back the next day to address for me.
I was very happy with the work and would recommend them highly.

Everyone I dealt with at Frazier's Flooring was very professional/knowledgable and timely. I'm very satisfied with their work on my home, not an easy job with many angle cuts and a rock wall to meet up with.

I moved into a new condo and wanted to extend existing hardwood. Got several companies out to look at it. Sherrie at Frazier's was the only one to recommend a product to match. Dennis and his team did the initial install. They were professional and efficient and accommodating on what needed to be done in what order to accommodate painters and furniture being moved in. We loved the floor so much, had Frazier's do another room. Travis and his team did that install and did a similarly great job. Frazier's was easy to work with. Everyone was super nice, professional and accommodating. I would recommend them highly.

The sales person we worked with was excellent; he reviewed all of the flooring options with us before we made the decision. He came to our home to measure for the flooring, and provided us with a quote that included everything; nothing was added later. The installers arrived as expected and were highly professional. We are very pleased with our experience.

They were excellent. We had flooding in the house so we had to replace the downstairs floor. They were very professional, punctual,and spent all the time with us we needed while picking out the flooring we wanted. They replaced a bathroom sink for us. One of the nuts was loose and they came back the next day to fix it. Dan coordinated everything for us and did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.
