"Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we did what we could reasonably do to correct the issues at hand. When we were contacted the second time, We would have gladly corrected all of the issues but were not allowed to. Several attempts were made to communicate with them and there was no response. We have been doing tile work for many years and have many satisfied customers. I feel that unfortunately, for this job, we received defective adhesive which led to some of the major issues that arose. "Every attempt was made to remedy these 3 situations but the homeowner would not allow me access to do so. I would have gladly done whatever it took to re-install the tile and gutters. I was ready to install the vent fan hose but was denied access to the home, and for no good reason. I place great importance on customer service and try to make sure that my jobs are done correctly, to code requirements and to high quality standards. I have been a member of the BBB for 10 years and have an A+ rating. I have always adhered to the BBB guidelines and believe that integrity is most important when it comes to doing business with others."
