Pisgah Roofing & Restoration came by, assessed the situation, and scheduled a team of roofers to come by and fix the leaks. From the original estimate to the final cleanup, the crew listened carefully and attended to all our concerns. We had some wind and hail damage but the roof is fairly new. We had other roofers who looked at the roof and recommended everything from simply reattaching loose shingles to a complete roof replacement. J & D replaced all ridge vents and caps and hip caps, as well as individual damaged shingles and verified condition of chimney flashing and vent boots. Therefore we were able to extend the life of the roof for a very reasonable price. We have a steep and complicated roof, yet the crew seemed comfortable in working in those conditions. They protected plantings and other structures in the demolition phase and carefully searched for any stray nails that might become a problem in the surrounding areas. "After a big storm we had a leak in our roof. We found Russell's and contacted them. They were able to come out within a couple days. They showed up on time and were very respectful and professional. Upon inspection it was determined the boots on our roof were not sealed. Russell had the tools on hand to fix our issue and was able to complete the work the same day. We are more then satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future needs."
