"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."

The company was prompt and diligent in its work. The jobs were finished to my complete satisfaction. The company cleaned any mess associated with the various jobs"

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"Needed to add a bathroom/laundry room addition. Wes displayed outstanding craftsmanship from building the form to pour the slab, to putting down the roofing, and everything in between including the shower, flooring, and tongue & groove paneling. He did everything except the insulation and electrical wiring. Itâ s airtight and solid as a rock. Workmanship is visually superior to a house a new neighbor built just down the road."
