"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."

"My experience with Dennis and his company was outstanding compared to any contractor experience I've ever had. They were responsive when I reached out for pricing. They showed up when they said they would show up and they did outstanding work.....fast too. I've brought them back for some small jobs recently because I was so pleased with them. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone in the Tri-Cities area."

"Excellent job done on our handrail up our front steps. Great communication throughout the entire project! We are going to use Solid Build Construction for our future remodel. If you want a company that will get the job done correctly and timely; I highly recommend SBC!! Reasonably priced and exceeded expectations!! Thank you again Solid Build Construction! We look forward to having you back for our renovations!!"

"They were very good at keeping me informed on the start and completion date for my roof. Everything went great and their follow up was fantastic. Great quality in workmanship. I would recommend this company to all."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"They did a good quote and set up the time to install and explained all the work. They did it in the time stated and it was really good work and time work was awesome. Great work you should hire them I would again."

"The MR FIXIT crew started with interior painting color change throughout our house, which included shimming some interior doors and minor wall repair. Ceilings were painted too. After that job was done, we moved to finishing a roughed in downstairs garage complete with adding interior walls with paint, ceiling drywall with paint, plumbing reconfiguration, and we added some galvanized metal roofing panels for the walls. After that project was completed the Mr. Fixit crew moved into extending a roof over our 40'x12' concrete patio. All the beams and support structure were fabricated by hand. All three major projects were started and finished on time. All of the work on all three projects was completed to our satisfaction at a fair cost. The Mr. Fixit crew workmanship and dependability was well worth the money. Highly recommend them for home remodeling."

"Peter the supervisor on my project was wonderful to work with and provided great customer service. The company as a whole was outstanding. Everything was in writing with a one year warranty on their workmanship."
