"We love our new shower and so pleased with the work West Shore had done and the customer service we received! We had a very large jet tub in the master bathroom replaced with a large West Shore shower and they removed the small shower. All personnel from design to install did a great job and were very professional. The installers (Matt M. & Will J.) did great work and an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Thomas came by to add additional parts to the shower, put up the drywall and sub flooring. He worked so hard and really did a great job; so professional! He also did an amazing job with the cleanup! I have had to talk with Tina several times to schedule appointments and ask questions. She is so amazing! Each time she was very professional, yet so kind and went above and beyond to help me. She called back after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. My husband accidentally fell against the shower door and it needed a small repair. I called Tina to schedule someone to come out and her first response was to ask if he was OK. Lucas came out to do the repairs. His first question was to make sure my husband was OK. So knowledgeable! He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it quickly. In addition, he took the time to look over the both doors and tightened the handle bars and gave us some very helpful advice. I know this is long and I usually donâ t do reviews but when people go above and beyond to help you and then call back to make sure you are please with their workâ ¦I needed to do this one!"

"We had Carroll Development do complete remodels on 2 of our bathrooms. Randy and his crew were wonderful!! When he came to do an estimate he provided me with references which I checked before hiring him. He maximized the space in our small master bath so that it functions and looks so much larger than it is. His lighting design made the bathroom bright and functional. He is the best at tile work. Our shower is so nice. Our dark and nasty basement bath is so nice and bright now. I would highly recommend Randy and his crew. I plan on using them again in the future for some projects."

"Excellent. Highly recommend Brett Lamley of all pro builders. Honest, reasonable prices, exquisite attention to detail and very punctual. He is also a a very neat contractor. Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours. Ive had many homes remodeled in 3 different states and Mr lamley is by and the best contractor I ve ever had. He has a great eye for design and was able to understand my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted for my unusual mountain home. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. .
