From the budgeting phase to executing the work, their sales team, administrative staff and field crew were communicative and professional. I worked with Chance, a sales rep, at the beginning, and he discussed the exterior paint project with me and walked through the process and products since I knew little about paint. Once we signed the contract, they have what I believe are automated E-mails to keep the communication line open and the process moving forward for next steps pre-scheduling. They provided a color consultant to help choose colors which was a wonderful addition. The process was seamless and easy to work with. Our project manager, Nick, checked in regularly and communicated any potential hang-ups on the job to keep it going. The crew on-site was professional, followed directions from the planning checklist, and very courteous at our home. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We hired them to paint exterior gutters and windows. The job took over 2 weeks to complete (by one person only) and was not done according to Our contract. My flowers were crushed, my patio still has paint stains, and no primer was used. The repairs that were supposed to be addressed were not completed. I addressed these concerns at the time, but was told there was nothing they could do about it except extend our warranty And they would have someone else come out to do the repairs and to power wash the patio. It has only been painted for about a month and is already peeling due to poor workmanship. I have called multiple times and have been told linda and Bill that the contractor would be out in a few days. I was assured this Friday that he would be out either Monday or Tuesday and 4 weeks later I have yet to have anyone address this. I have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over again, but unfortunately they keep disappointing. I will make sure to go out of my way to tell people to avoid this company and the headaches they cause. At this point, since I have still not had anyone fix the problems my only solution is to call another company to fix the terrible job that was done. *side note* it’s nice that you respond to poor google reviews within 2 days, but I have yet to receive a phone call from the actual company addressing my issues...

Exterior brick painting. Project started first week of December. It finished end of April. During the quote I was told it would take a week. It took time to get the garage door panel replaced so minus 6 weeks for that). It cost me $500 more than was quoted. Poor communication throughout the entire project. They no showed several times. Garage door panel was damaged during project ( they did replace it). The only time I felt like my business was important to them was during the quote. I would not recommend this company.
