Matt Chandler and his team are professionals who are meticulous, dependable, and reasonable for their quality of work. Our condo building HOA board members recently hired CM Painting to paint the hallways and party room. The owners were very pleased with their workmanship, clear communication, and efficiency. Many of the residents are now going to have his team paint their individual units. I’m a hardline stickler when it comes to hiring contractors and I would recommend Matt Chandler of CM Painting without reservation.

Matt and his crew are are professional and polite. Matt painted the exterior of our home before it went on the market. He did such an excellent job I called him again when we moved into our new home. We had builtins put in both the pantry and master bedroom that required painting. They did an excellent job. Both areas look great! They also did interior rooms. His crew is very precise with their work and it shows. I will refer him to family and friends.

Matt and his company performed an incredible job under a tight schedule. Matt would keep me updated on the progress and detail any concern that was encountered along the way. As well, additional requests to remove all lighting fixtures was handled with professionalism and care.

I highly recommend CM Painting. The are very detail oriented and do the job right! I am very impressed with their professionalism and would recommended them highly to friends and family. They had estimated that it would take 2 to 3 days to do this job but did it in a day and half.

Matt and crew transformed the exterior of our old house beautifully and we couldn't be more happy! They showed up on time, (actually 5 minutes early!) they were professional, courteous and fun to work with. When we need more work done we will definitely call Matt (CM Painting) again and would not hesitate recommending this company. Very top-notch. And, as an added plus we noticed how careful and patient they were working around flower beds and shrubbery. (sorry about that guys!) They definitely have a high work ethic and it shows. Matt was very quick to return my email and schedule an estimate. He was very professional and got me the estimate quickly. I had estimates from 4 other painters but none impressed me the way Matt did. After reading the reviews on Angie's List I scheduled the work to be done. He scheduled my job when he knew he could get it done without starting and stopping. His help was just as friendly and polite as Matt, which made me trust these men in my home. They worked fast and efficient but took great care to be sure it was done right. Matt has a very high standard and requires his help to meet that as well.
The finished product looks amazing. I even threw him a curve ball by asking him to paint an extra room once they started. He told me it was no problem.
He went above just painting my walls by fixing lose crown molding, and caulking. He touched up the woodwork when he saw something that needed it. He really wanted the entire job to look the best it could. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I highly recommend this company and can't say enough good things about it

They were okay. They did the job correctly. The color that the tenants got didn't match the existing wall color. I wish they would have been more proactive to let me know if that was going to match before they moved forward.
