"Boy this is sad to see how people will turn on you with a review. The alternator went out on my new van the day prior getting there. So I contacted the customer explaining the situation. The next day I was 30 minutes late after getting my van back from the dealership. During the job the customer and his wife constantly prasied the job. To the fact that they both walked the job off and where highly pleased. To the point they asked me to give them a estimate on the rest of the house. So this makes no sense. I will say they constantly complained about the person that did the hardwood floor. Which I could never see any fault in workmanship. People like this are sad and impossible to please."

"First of all the name of my business is incorrect so that sets the stage. It would really be nice if people of this nature would list all the facts not just the ones that are convenient. My bid stated like all my bids two coats of wall paint. The customer had dark walls and when I got the color it was a very light color. I stated with this customer like I do with all my customers that primer is just cheap flat paint. So it's better to just use the top quality wall paint to cover rather than one cheap coat and one good coat. In this case it took 4 coats to cover which is two over my bid and would have been 5 with the primer. I contacted the customer telling him of the multiple coats ( 2 over) which in realty should be double the bid. This I never do because I try to work with the customer. In this case I ask for half the original bid which was refused. I was then told that he would finish it himself paying me what he thought the job was worth... less than a $1000. I had already done 3 coats everywhere and 4 in some areas. Yes the job took 1 extra day because of the multiple coats. Yes I asked for a $700 draw on that Friday to cover my cost till I could finish on Monday which was refused. Also I was told that he knew when sending me the color it would be multiple coats. Over the weekend he had another painter come in that agreed with me on the job. So all in all I came back on that Monday just to finish what I started even though the price I agreeded on was far less than fair. With all this being said the facts speak for themselves. Last fact the customer said that if I agreed to his price he wouldn't put a review on Angie's List. That I could less about because I did what I was supposed to do even though this was a total con job. I can sleep at night but I can't say the same about people like this."

"This is really sad that people are so full of hate and try to rule the social media world with their propaganda. Honestly I wish I could but other than me going back I can't find any truth in this review. This is why Jesus said to pray for these people. She stated to me through email ( one of several like 2+ a day never pleasant)that her now husband was upset with her for calling me back. When I was there to address her issues he keep apologizing for her. Maybe after her divorce she can find some piece in her life. So there again pray is the only medication for these people. In this world you can only do your best but their are those out there who are in bondage of the devil that try to break your faith. I stand behind my business of 29 years with a hugh client base with many many call backs. This is the first and only issue I have ever got of this nature. So their is nothing left for me to do except give it to my Lord and Savior and forgive her for this tottally unuust slander against me. Also there is so much untold story here that people and clients that know me would testify that's there is no way any of this could take place. There again all we can do is pray for these people and move on."
