Billing procedures are all work over $500, one-third of bill must be paid before work is started and any remainder must be paid upon completion. If permit is required remainder must be paid after final inspection. Checks, cash, and credit card are accepted methods of payment 10% discount to senior citizens, emergency service personnel, active service and veterans.
