Very Professional caring team. replaced Roof on single level large home with two additions that made the roof a complex project. Also replaced the Gutters, leaf guards and it all looks great. This project was completed by seasoned professionals that I Highly recommend to others in our area.

Itâ s a breath of fresh air to find a company that is respectful, honest and takes pride in their work. Lenny and his crew have done two projects four my wife and I first they replaced my roof the professionalism was outstanding Lenny and his crew answered any and all questions that either of us had and talk to us like actual people to find a company that respects their customers is hard to fine nowadays. They also tore down and replaced my back porch and now I canâ t keep my wife in the house she loves the back porch when he came out after the job was done and inspected it himself seen a few things that werenâ t wrong but he wasnâ t comfortable with it so he got up there and reinforced what he felt needed to be done this was amazing when he and his crew will be doing more projects for my wife and I in the near future. I would highly recommend Lenny and his crew to anyone. On another note after the recent storms that have left many homeless we got a call from Lennys wife to check and see if the family was OK and to see if there was any damage to the recent work they had done. This is unheard of and I was so touched that it actually took me a while to put this review in because I wanted to let people know that you will not fine a better company to do work for you. I work for a non profit, food bank. We desperately needed help putting together a used 30ft X 18ft Cooler/Freezer. We needed more space for keeping food fresh longer so that we could hand it out and it wouldn't go bad as fast. The cooler/freezer had interlocking panels that needed special tools, we didn't have the tools but Carter Home Services did. The panels were all about 8 inches thick with insulation, wood, and special aluminum wrap. Lenny and his crew DONATED THEIR TIME & LABOR for a day and a half to help us get it completely put up. We were expecting it to take 2 weeks, they did it in 2 DAYS time! We will always be grateful to them for helping us with superior attitudes and skills that will help us to get much needed food out to the thousands of people a year that we serve, with so much less food waste. Carter Home Services did an amazing job on my new roof. I have a log home with cathedral ceilings throughout. Their crew was professional and efficient. They got the job done in a day and a half, ahead of a line of storms coming that night. The supervisor answered the many questions I had without hesitation and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any roof project you may have.

I have used Carter for a new roof in a home I sold, and they also did an outstanding job. The owner, as well as the crew, are all knowledgeable and very respectful, and courteous. More importantly, they show up on time and get the project done efficiently. They answered all my questions, and showed me the work they performed, and explained it before. This is rare. I could not recommend anyone more than Carter Home Services. Simply outstanding, and exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY recommend!

Mr. Carter and Sons company are the best. Had complete tear off and roof reshingled. They were fast, efficient and overall did a great job. Lenny and his Sons were very polite, and were up front about what was needed and how close the estimate was. We knew from the start there might be some extra wood needed and the did everything possible to save us Money. The job time was set and done when promised.
