The roofing professional named Eddy that came to my home had the utmost professionalism and a wide range of knowledge on a multitude of questions I ask during his visit. I'm confident in stating that as a senior level supervisor with over 23 years of experience, I wouldn't hesitate to state that Eddy carries himself as a skillful and experienced hardworking individual. I was very pleased with the representation that he presented for Jackson Roofing & Remodeling and will definitely seek them out in the future for any roofing related items. Timely and reasonable. 

Timely, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Team showed up on time, were efficient, proficient and professional. Bill was less than quoted estimate. Improved curb appeal in an hour's worth of time and work. As they were leaving, I received discount cards to offer to friends or neighbors. The owner also walked me through a few steps to make a handful of low-cost DIY repairs (like a step-by-step on how to caulk and seal the top of the garage door and why it was important to do). Would definitely recommend and use this company again for any trim or siding work.

Supplies delivered when said. Roof rotten around boots replace only where needed. Rotten wood was replaced along gutters only where needed. Porch design was exactly as planned even though I didn't have any plan drawn up. Neighbors have given us good feed back on looks. We did have a call back on the vents to have them secured more and they were out the next day. Workers were always on time as specified by office.

It went great. Very pleased with the results.

Service Techs. came out promptly to repair a leak in my roof that I had recently noticed just past the one year new roof warranty...they did not charge me for the repair. Nothing serious, a piece of flashing had to be placed below a valley. It is nice to see a company stand behind its service even after the warranty period has expired. Kudos to them.

Everything went well, with a quick response, quality work, and professional demeanor throughout.  Details: I obtained insurance adjuster's assessment which identified roof damage from wind and estimated costs to be covered.  I called Jackson Roofing and Remodeling.  My call was answered immediately and a courteous Jackson representative visited the next day with sample shingles and provided a bid.  The bid was the lowest obtained and included architectural shingles at no extra cost.  Three roofers arrived early the next day, removed main part of the roof, installed new wood and flashing where needed, and had the new roof with four new vents on by the end of the day.  They returned the next day possible to finish remainder of the roof, delayed only by three days of rain.  Ceiling drywall damage was repaired quickly and the painters returned within three days to finish the ceiling.

Service was done correctly on the first installation, no leaks or problems.

Lowest estimate.  Took coupon and threw in free archeticural shnigles.  Said it would take 1.5 days, acvtaully took 3 days - they only sent two guys out.  No big deal really.
I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

They were reasonably priced. They came back a year later when I said a have a small leak and I was expecting to pay for it and they didn't charge me for it. I would recommend them because they are a local company essentially and they would be there. They were one of the more higher priced ones. I took them just because they were local.

The project started on schedule but took one day longer to compete than i the estimate. The crew worked each day so I believe that the primary reason for the delay was an error in estimating the time to complete,  We consider this a minor issue.
During the replacement the crew damaged our front step with one of their pieces of equipment. Once we pointed out this damage to Jackson they acknowledged that they caused it and had it repaired the next day. Mistakes will happen and in this case Jackson responded promptly and satisfactorily. The quality of the work appears good.

I had three roof estimates done and Jackson Roofing was the middle bid, but I chose them over the lowest bid because of their professional salesman and their Angie’s and BBB ratings. They started the work promptly and completed the roof in 2 days. The crew appears to have done a great job and cleaned up all the debris. They had a motorized dump cart to collect waste as it was produced. They even replaced a section of gutter that they banged up. It may be coincidence, but when I presented the Angie’s List $250 coupon and my estimate was revised to include it, the 30 pound felt underlayment included on the original estimate became a $220 upgrade on the final contract. The coupon has since been updated to state it must be presented at time of estimate. I still think they were a good value for the money and would recommend them to others.

I called the Jackson Roofing and Remodeling on Monday to schedule an appointment to have my missing shingles replaced.  I made an appointment for Thursday afternoon, knowing that more storms were scheduled to hit our area before Thursday.  The company called me back a few hours later and stated they could get me an appointment the next morning.  I was thrilled.  They came out early in the morning so that I would not have to take vacation time; the staff was very friendly and professional.

The guys at Jackson were very professional, they did a very good job from, start to finish. I would recommend their service to everyone.

They performed the work quickly. They did a good job. My neighbors commented on how good my roof looked and had the company come out and do theirs as well.

Our home needed a new roof and due to the age of the roof our insurance didn't cover the damage it had incurred over the years, as oppossed to those who get roofs for free after a hail storm. Jackson's was reccommended highly by friends and co-workers, although, they were one of the higher prices in town. They went out of their way to do the job right, especially when they found our porch columns were going to be to tall for the materials they had. They came up with a solution to bend a decorative design into a cap-peice for the columns to offset the seam that the extra material created.  They did one column for me to approve, before proceding with the rest.  I thought was very professional and a creative fix.  They have been back once to clean our gutters, which is something they do free of charge.

A tree fell completely over my house during a storm in September. The tree removal was done timely and
reported in a separate review.
I had several estimates and promises to have the roof done, but the one I first chose kept on saying
 "two weeks". I heard that a couple times and started over.

Jackson Roofing gave a good estimate and kept their word. There was very little disruption to
my family while the work was being performed and they were professional from start to finish.
They replaced the complete roof, gutters and downspouts.  
I recommend them highly.

I am totally satisfied with the work; I liked everything. They gave me a great deal, they did the work quickly and on time, and I haven?t had to call them back since they installed it. You can go and talk to them and they always respond back if you leave a message. I thought the price was pretty good; other contractors gave me quotes that were substantially higher. I am planning on calling them for an estimate on my home addition.
