Very disappointed at this point. Some of the work they performed has proven defective. We have tried to contact them numerous times and even though they say they will come out at a certain time, they do not show up. My last call to see about their latest promise to show up was met with a voice mail stating their box was full and could not accept calls. At this time I would not recommend them for any roofing work

Unfortunely I'm disapointed in Scott and his broken promises to return after his worker's didn't throughly repair our roof. This happened back in February. It is now July and I haven't heard from him in 6 weeks. He promised to have his guy come back out to replace the shingles that once again came off. Do not.. repeat do not get an estimate from this company. But then again, if you want him to return your call.. tell him you need a bid on replacement. Roofers are not licensed by the state. Make sure you know who you're dealing with before you spend your hard earned money.

Great service, arrived as scheduled, texted to confirm meeting to review and repair. Work looks great. Great people.

He showed up on Thursday right after I put the inquiry in and by Saturday night I had a new roof. He advised not to repair the 21 year old roof because it was best to put a complete new roof on. Fantastic!

They replaced my entire roof system in one day, good job.

They are just salesmen and hire subcontractors to do work . I have not seen them since the day they estimated! They sent 5 men from another stae in a plane van. They spent 3 hours to do job and used about 2000 screws. Cost 3 Hours X 5 Men =s 15 Man hours Estimated screw cost at $500 Estimate $4700-$500 Screws=Labor coat of $4200 Labor Cost $4200 Dived by 15 Man-hours =$280 per man Hour! This GREED and totally out of line for this skill level and tools used. cost for a roofer than a doctor. I will do my best to let all my friends and classmates in Cleveland to know of his SCREWING. We also disagreed on what was to be done to the chimney flashing. . SLick talker. I have paid my bill and pray it does not Leak when it rains.

For what the project revealed I was surprised and the nature of the work Premiere came through

was adding to fees since original contract was not 19,000.00; work is not done correctly and a gutter is hanging off crooked and roof is bowed in the front; not leveled out; talked us into shingle roofing instead of metal roofing; not sure how to file on warranty because it was never given to me

When we wanted to have our front deck covered and screened in, we made the mistake of having a pair of handymen do the job, rather than a construction contractor. They did a pretty good job of building the additional roof, enclosing the deck, and installing screens, but they didn't lay the new shingles properly to ensure that they wouldn't leak. When we had heavy rain, there were drips and runnels of water coming out of the eaves under the new roof section. Michael Hartgraves from Premiere Roofing Services came out right at the appointed time, and quickly identified the problem. He determined what was needed to repair the roof, and emailed me an estimate on the spot. It required tearing off the existing shingles, putting down underlayment, including waterproof membrane along the valleys where the two sections of roof joined, then laying new shingles from the peak to the front of the house. We were so well impressed with his professionalism that we canceled an appointment with another roofer to evaluate our problem. The next week, Michael's crew came right at the appointed time and did the whole job in half a day. They brought a large high sided trailer to haul off the removed materials, and left no debris behind. We've had some heavy rain storms since then, and there were no leaks at all. Premiere Roofing Services is a very professional and reliable company. I highly recommend them for any roofing need.

Had new GAF roofing installed to replace old builder grade shingles. Michael was very helpful and answered my questions. The crew was great, worked quickly and did an excellent clean up as well. This company is licensed and insured, documentation produced on request.

We were very impressed with Premiere Roofing and Michael HARTGRAVES. Their customer service was exceptional, on time, cost exactly what we were quoted. We have a two story home with four levels of roofing. They removed the old roof and installed new in two days. They protected our landscaping and I have found no material anywhere around the house. I have and will continue to recommend them. Our house looks great. Thank You Premiere.

Company was responsive and prompt. Workers did a good job with mansard roof and with area clean up.

The roofing crew was very professional and made every effort to protect shrubs and yard. They removed a metal roof and old shingle roof and put new shingle roof on in one day! Completed chimney flashing and other flashing work next day. The crew cleaned up their mess and used magnetic rake to find nails their tarp did not catch. VERY PLEASED WITH UPDATES ON INSTALLATION TIMELINE AND COMMUNICATIONS FROM MICHAEL HARTGRAVES. Tried to use local contractor; however, the quote from Premiere Roofing was much better. Definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs!
