A defect was discovered in one of the panels so another was brought to the jobsite, eventhough we are over an hour from Chattanooga. They kept us informed of time required to finish and cleaned up after themselves. Including wet mopping the floors. Would highly recommend. Hoping to replace a bathtub in the future; we will call West Shore Home. I also want to thank Jon Pedersen for taking his time with us deciding what we wanted for a shower.
