"Midwestern Mechanical did an outstanding job. Trigg especially. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Where competitors pushed and used scare tactics on seniors to totally replace the whole heating and A/C unit instead of replacing a fan, housing motor.. competitor said they couldnt find the parts. That it could take 3 months to get Saying this during 90 degree weather. Midwestern Mechanical came in instantly found the problem, got the parts needed, and had it fixed . In four hours they had our A/C working like a charm. It cost us 900.00 compared to close to 10,000.00. Midwestern Mechanical has a loyal customer from here on in. Not all types of water heaters require a venting system. Electric tankless water heaters don’t use natural or propane gas, so no venting is required. Instead, they use electric burners to heat water quickly and efficiently. However, any system that does use gas or propane will require ventilation.
