"Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to correct this misunderstanding. I answered this on Google last fall and thought this was taken care of because it does not appear. You misunderstand flat rate and upfront pricing and I am not going to go into it here. It is not for everyone. It is not about the price of part, it's about the value we add to the job. By replacing the part yourself you did not check the firing rate, Carbon Monoxide content of the flue gas, and the spark gap, What is worse we have changed our approach to the Pulse furnace since then and we pressure test every unit we touch as we are finding 8 of 10 have leaks in the exchanger. That test is $100.00 and takes an hour. I am willing to show how good we can be and offer the test to you for free. If the unit fails you do not have to purchase a unit from us. The test is still free. If the furnace is under 20 years, it still has warranty. Please give me a call and ask for Keven Perry And again I am sorry for the misunderstanding, and we take the blame for that , Let us correct this and prove we are not dirty contractors."
"Sorry Kay, I don't recognize the job we did for you. We don't work in Sioux Falls. Was this a rental in Brookings possibly? Was the job done under a different name? Please advise what I can do for you. My name is Keven and I am the owner of the business. If we did not give you outstanding service I would love to know what I can do to correct that and make it right. My cell is 605-690-0580 please call me if I can help."
"The breaker to the sump pump must have been off when we got there. We worked there for three hours and never heard the pump run. Upon turning it on, the sump pump clicked on and made a terrible noise, so we turned it back off, figuring it had a previous problem. When we left, we left the panel exactly as we found it.We interacted with a different breaker for the hallway to complete the job. A remodel had been going on and we suspect someone else turned the breaker off to stop the noise. We feel bad this happened and offered to turn over a claim for any damage to our insurance company. When we informed Scott of the offer, He quickly determined on his part that maybe there was not such a problem after all. We felt he wanted a discount more so than a solution to this problem."
