Called them for 2 days before they could schedule me, and after informing them of my problem, they classified my plumbing issue as an and quot;emergencyand quot;. I had to take off an entire day of work waiting on them! They finally called at lunch saying that someone will be at my house in less than 30 minutes. I waited and waited until after 3:00 and called them back the first time. Upon doing so, they said that some and quot;emergencyand quot; came up that they had to address and that they would be out in about 45 minutes. Well, still waiting and waiting and basically wasting my entire day, 5:00 rolled around and nobody showed up. Right before 5:00 I called to inform them that I was unhappy and no longer wished to use their company, the guy told me ANOTHER emergency came up. I was furious as a simple phone call from them would have been enough to allow me to get back to work. Around 5:30 the guy showed up, and he was very nice and did a good job. This was the only positive aspect of my experience with them.



However, the bill came in and I am not too happy about it either. I bought my own garbage disposal and the guy was out for an hour, hour and a half max. They charged me $$$$ for labor, a truck service fee, and to dispose of my old disposal (which they are going to refurbish and resale anyway!) - as if I was unknowingly charged for after hour service despite them saying they will be out at lunch that day.



Overall, the worst experience I have had while trying to get anything in my home repaired. I will never ever call them again! They treated me horribly and then hit me again with a horrendous bill! Their level of professionalism is appalling. Good thing there isn't many other companies for people in our area to turn to as I am sure they'd be out of business. Regardless, they won't be getting my business again

They are very knowledgeable and their craftsmanship was very high. They did an excellent job.

They were so prompt, they wanted to come a day early. The water heater was installed perfectly by noon.

We have used Courtesy Plumbing and others over the years. If the job is complex these are the only people to call. Also if you want it done right and fast and professionally. Plumbers are expensive but these folks are focused on the task at hand so I recommend them.
