Brad is rude and condescending! I had my inspection done by Ben and some things were missed and I called to tell him and he was rude and proceeded to tell me that they were “cosmetic” and such. Well now I have to hire a plumber bc the bottom of the toilet leaks, a person to come out and clean the dryer lint out of the wall that has 100lbs of lint in it, a screen door a railing. What In the world did he do in 3 hours. Makes you wonder?! Stay clear. I have have already warned others that were looking for inspectors.

Matt came out and inspected our house on 4/10/2020 for a potential buyer. Not sure if he is racist and if that's why he gave us the most derogatory report! He came 20 minutes early when my husband and I were just leaving and my husband talked to him a little. My husband is Hispanic and has a little accent. This is just a few of the things he put. - He says the "S" type drains on our bathroom sinks are OBSOLETE! The downstairs bathroom we just put that sink in 6 months ago and bought those "obsolete" drains in Menards. - He dings us for having a dehumidifier in the basement! Ummm... EVERYONE knows that you HAVE to have a dehumidifier in basement or you will have mold! - He puts in the report that all appliances will have to be changed in the near future. They are GREAT appliances and could last for years to come!!! - He says one of the bedrooms upstairs has no heat going to it. Keep in mind this house was built in 1911. There is a pretty new mini split just two feet away!!! Not sure if he thought that was just an accessory... So that problem was fixed. - He rated our windows as FAIR on the inside! Thay are ALL BRAND NEW windows! - He dings us for having a lock on our cellar door! Oh sure I'll just leave it unlocked so that if no one is here anyone can get in.. - He says the water heater will need to be changed because it is "nearing" life expectancy! It's only like 5 years old and doesn't even have rust!!! Now these are just a few!
