Midwestern Mechanical did an outstanding job. Trigg especially. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Where competitors pushed and used scare tactics on seniors to totally replace the whole heating and A/C unit instead of replacing a fan, housing motor.. competitor said they couldnt find the parts. That it could take 3 months to get Saying this during 90 degree weather. Midwestern Mechanical came in instantly found the problem, got the parts needed, and had it fixed . In four hours they had our A/C working like a charm. It cost us 900.00 compared to close to 10,000.00. Midwestern Mechanical has a loyal customer from here on in. I’ve been singing their praises ever since to all that will listen. It’s nice to know that There are still honest and hardworking people out there. Not trying to take advantage of seniors . I called Midwestern (AKA Copper Cottage) after I received an unacceptable bid for running a gas line for an auxiliary, freestanding gas stove.  The scheduler was very pleasant to deal with and I had a plumber (Dustin) arrive within a few days of my initial call.  Dustin was very professional and appeared confident in his appraisal of what was needed to do the job.  He told me he would get a bid back to me, via email, within 24 hrs.  I had an acceptable bid later that evening and the work was carried out a few days later.
Pros – prompt, professional, good communication, and reasonably priced.
Cons – none.
I highly recommend them.

They were great. It went fast and they were reasonably priced. I didn’t have any problems at all.
