"I can’t think of whether I have ever written a negative review. If so, it has been forever ago. I’m not much of a complainer, I don’t even like to send a steak back that is not cooked properly. But..my two little cocker spaniels are miserable and it’s heartbreaking. I have tried everything, additional oral meds for my dogs, flea shampoo, they were bathed and got a haircut just yesterday. The fleas are obviously in our yard. I very politely asked that they come back at no cost because the last few treatments didn’t work (if they were even done). They refused. Very disappointed with this company."
