"I have been a homeowner in Northeast Columbia, SC for more than 30 years. With many pine trees on our property I've had to deal with a number of tree removal companies over the years. I have found Rokey Branch Utilities (RBU) far beyond any of the many companies I have encountered and used for extensive tree work. The best time to plant a tree is in the spring, so the roots have time to grow into the surrounding soil before winter sets in. Some people recommend planting in the late fall.
