Ashley went through the contract and thoroughly explained all about the bond and its coverage. He also explained what to look for for a suspect infestation. He was on time. And very informative!

We have used Mid Carolina Exterminating since we moved into the area and we are extremely pleased with their services. We had a termite bond done through them and we have regular spraying done for insects. They are fast and prompt and punctual. The bugs are wiped out almost immediately and the prices are extremely fair for a military family on a budget.

They have been very responsive in scheduling and accommodating us, during emergencies. They have been very courteous and professional. They treat both inside and outside. They use chemicals which are safe, with both pets and children. I will continue to use them in future.

They were a few minutes early today, the technician listened to my concerns and gave me great information about pest control and avoidance. He was in and out in a timely fashion and told me to call if I needed anything else.
