The technician was very professional and courtesy. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He actually just shared some ideas with me, and after performing his inspection didn't really feel like I had a pest problem. He share some information about his company and some promotion deals. He was on-site for approximately 30 minutes and offered his services if I felt that they would be needed at a later date. I've decided not to use the company at this time, but I would definitely use them if I need a professional pest management team in the future."
