We've had them a long time. The pest control is $125 a quarter.

They ain't, not too good because I'm still having problems with ants. Still having problems. They sprayed and all and did, I don't see where it helped really. I got them all up in my yard, they're coming in my house.  I'm still buying spray spraying trying to keep them down. I called them up to do it and ended up calling them to come back out here the same day that they did it. The man sprayed and it still didn't do any good. The ants are still in here. They are not under control yet. You can't even go outside and stand up. If you look down your feet are just covered, that's how bad these ants are here.
I felt like they should have went up under the house. I mean, they went around the house and they came inside and did some work, but I felt like they should have went up under the house too. You know, do some work, do some spraying up under there. He said he did but I didn't actually see him do it. He said he went up under the house but I don't know. To me that was kind of quick. He went back there and came from back there too quick to say they went up under the house to do any work, to spray up under there. I wouldn't know, I don't know. I don't feel like they did a good job.

They are always prompt, they are honest, and it is great to see a familiar face each time.

Our experience with them is excellent. What we like about them, is that their chemicals don't harm our pets.

They work around our schedule. They are very prompt and thorough. They seem to provide complete service and we have never had a problem with them. They are definitely the people to go to for your pest control. They treat the problem and give you recommendations on how to cut down on the pest and such. They are also very thorough with the comments they leave on the card to let you know what they done that day.

They are excellent. The prices are a little expensive, but it's worth it.

They always come back any time and take care of any problems. They do a good job.

We have a contract with them. I like that they come out and spray for bugs. They are supposed to call and schedule an appointment but they just show up and do the treatment and leave us a bill. I don't like that at all. When we were on vacation they came and sprayed our front yard because they couldn't get into the back. Then we still had to pay for it because no one was here and they did not call to schedule an appointment. We didn't like that very much.

They are fine. They come out whenever they come out and send me a bill; I don’t have to really be there for them. I haven’t really had to deal with them other than call them, send them money, and they come and spray everything. The people on the phone are real nice.

They have been doing wonders for us. He also told me stuff about my house that I didn't even know about. He told me preventative steps and went above and beyond. He made sure that none of the chemicals would harm my animals. He pretty much deciphered what the chemicals were and what they did. He explained everything he was going to do. He looked at my floor plan to make sure he had enough stuff so he didn't have to go running back and forth. They had the whole game plan before they came out. I haven't seen a thing in my house so he is an A in my book. I got a military discount. He will come out the same day if I need to call him.

We have a contract with them. Sometimes I am not here when they come. They just come and do their thing. They check around the house and shop. They are real good.

They have been quite good.  I feel like I get my money’s worth with them.  The responsiveness of the crew is quite good.  They are typically here within 10 or 15 minutes of answering my call.  The individual that did the work seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Our overall experience with them is good and we will continue using their services.

They were pretty quick about coming out and getting it done. We noticed a small termite problem. My wife called and told them she thought we had termites, which we did. They came out within a few days to install traps around the house to prevent them from getting in the house. They took care of the problem we had in the house. They were responsive to the problem. They were a little pricey, but they are the best known brand company to go with in this area.

The guy who came out was Justin.  He was excellent.  I pay them $75 every three months.

The price is very good. Anytime I have a problem, they send someone to check it out. They charge $55 every three months, and charge according to the size of your house. They are always on time and very professional. I get the same person coming out every time, and the one time I had someone else, he was just as courteous.

I have an annual contract with them for termite services. There has been no damage.  They have crawled underneath the house before and given me advice on other problems not related to termites that I need to fix because I don't like to crawl underneath the house. They do it professionally and they are on time. They work well with us. I will continue to use them.

The service seems to work. So far, so good. They’ve all been great.

We have been using them from the last 22 years. We have a termite bond with them. They come out once in every three months every year. We have never had any problems with them and that is why we have been dealing with them all these years. Our overall experience with them has been good.
