We have had a family of raccoons living in a storm drain across the street for some time, but after I saw one lying on a step in my yard that ran toward me in broad daylight, I wanted them gone. Tom set traps and screened attic windows on the outside (already screened on the inside) to prevent raccoon entry. "Mr. Wade Godfrey the technician came bye our residences to inspect our house to see if we needed a pest management plan. As a homeowner I usually do prevention measures in the spring time. The technician was very professional and courtesy. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He actually just shared some ideas with me, and after performing his inspection didn't really feel like I had a pest problem. He share some information about his company and some promotion deals. He was on-site for approximately 30 minutes and offered his services if I felt that they would be needed at a later date.
