"I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Fixed leaking faucets in the tub and sink. Went under the house to check on a pipe and indicated that my copper pipes need to be replaced. Asked for a quote and told him I wanted to have the work done. He said he would call me within a week to schedule but I've never heard from him. I will use someone else for that work now.

"We were not impressed or happy with several issues. We had left curtains on several of the windows, the painters took the curtains down and then used them as drop cloths. They left paint all over several doorknobs, air conditioning intakes, and several large drops and smears on bannisters and railings to our stairs and great room. They did not edge between the walls and the ceilings so the lines are uneven and wiggly. They tracked paint over our front porch and poured out the water they used to clean the brushes on my plants by the front door. There was also cigarette butts left on the grounds outside the house and they left so much trash on the floor that the people who came in to do the floors called us and would not work until it had been cleaned up. After we complained to them, they did come in and clean the doorknobs, air conditioning vents, and the bannister, but the wall/ ceiling joints still need to be retouched in several places to look neat and clean (we are going to have to do this ourselves) . The walls look good, and the owner very nice and communicated well, but the workers were left unsupervised. We liked Robert a lot, but I was disappointed in the above issues."

"I had some water leaking into my house whenever it rained hard, after finding out it wasn't the roof I called them to look at the foundation. He came when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He told me the foundation was fine it was the siding being loose around the windows. He took the time to show me what I had to have fixed on the siding even tho he didn't have to go out of his way to help me find the problem. It is good to see that kind of honesty in a business.

On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish.
