Manuel was prompt in response, supplied a competitive estimate, and he and his crew did a wonderful job in a timely fashion! They removed the popcorn ceiling, repaired it, and several holes as well as almost every corner drywall joint in the house. Their great paint job was the icing on the cake!

Manuel and his team did a great job on my exterior trim, doors frames and carport ceiling. My 1967 era ranch house needed serious attention. I had cracks in wood and some calk falling out since I bought it in 2016. The windows needed reglazing. They handled a big job well. Looks great. I would recommend them to a friend without any concerns. Price was competitive.

Beginning with the quote, Manuel was on task the whole time and his team did a great job. They were punctual and put in the hours needed to meet schedules. Always ready to do little extras when they came up. Was flexible regarding scope of work thru-out the project.

We do not live in South Carolina but we own a rental property in Columbia and requested from various contractors to quote a whole inside house painting project at this home. We had a demanding paint schedule to meet since a tenant wanted to move in quickly. Manuel looked really good from the HA reviews and we decided to ask him to quote. Bottom line, do not bother hiring anyone else but Manuel to do your job. He is amazing! He painted the house using primer and the quality paint we wanted. He carefully removed everything necessary or covered all as needed and repaired all the drywall issues and leak damage we were concerned about. The work he did to prepare the doors, including the hanging closet doors, was impeccable. He worked that project as though he was the one that was going to live in the house himself! From the moment he came to quote our job, we knew he was different. He is a consummate professional and were extremely satisfied. HA needs to have a six-star rating available - but only for Manuel. Thank you, Manuel and crew, for an outstanding job!

Good job for a good price

MJM did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our house. It looks fabulous! Manuel and his crew worked hard, long days and were always cheerful and polite. They take pride in their work, do it the way it should be done,and use high quality products. Manuel consulted us often to make sure the colors were the ones we selected, and see if we had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend MJMPainting!
