All of her workers were the best, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome of their jobs and their skill level. The finished product is gorgeous and very beautiful, and we get joy from seeing it every day. There is another component of that business a man by the name of Mr. Danie Rosenberg. Another component of the Evangeline business is Danny Rosenberg a master woodworking Craftsman. He restored a dysfunctional kitchen cabinet unit and made it perfect in their very short order. His skills are particularly outstanding and he was a delight to work with."

He values craftsmanship, the details, and ensuring the project is completed the right way the first time. He is extremely thorough, professional and communicative. Imagine that! He is also extremely responsive and professional. While he admittedly doesn't move as fast as he used to, that was not a problem for us at all. We would rather have someone take their time and do the job the right way than work hurriedly. His pricing was fair and he is willing to do both small and large jobs. "We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. "Commonwealth Contracting did a renovation on our bathroom that had water damage to a floor and completely did the renovation. Extraordinary service like none that I have ever experienced. On time always, calls if 5 minutes late, quality work for reasonable cost. Very neat. Not a drop of dust left behind. Completed job on schedule. Extremely pleased with the finished project."
