We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled this Spring....and because of the unforeseen shut down, they did this without us being around as we d planned. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! We were concerned that sanding the textured paint off the walls would create a huge dust mess to clean up however the sander was attached to a large vacuum and the dust issue was 95% mitigated and easily wiped away. Physical install of the pocket door, framing went well and door looks and works perfectly giving privacy to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2nd bath without the original swing door intrusion. Highly recommend Penar Improvements, Also be prepared to discuss the project and requirements with Mr. Penar, he knows his business and will gladly share constructive suggestions on how to complete the job with the best final result."

"Creative Contracting LLC were a godsend to us. Being from out of town and during a pandemic we put all our trust in Bill Dixon and team. We were overwhelmingly pleased as each project was completed with perfection, as we had a limited ability to be at the job site. Bill, Gary and James created a beautiful tray ceiling in our bedroom, closed off the dining room by adding French doors, extended living room walls into a vaulted ceiling and added a gorgeous glass feature, stone faced a fireplace up to the vaulted ceiling, and tiled the entire house with a wood look floor tile. Mr. Dixon stayed in constant communication and offered many design ideas. The craftsmanship of Creative Contracting LLC is impeccable.
